How does a Micro-Ship move work?
A simple, contact-free way to ship your essentials: choose a destination, order the containers you need, pack on your timeline, and let the carrier pick up and deliver door-to-door.
Steps below explain the process. What we need from you before your purchase is where we'll send your supply of containers. If you know this information, you can confidently make your Micro-Ship booking.
Step 2
Order
Order the number of containers you need. We first ship your empty containers to your Receiving Empty Crate Address (the location where you will pack). After packing, you’ll return to Micro-Ship to enter your final shipping destination, create labels, and schedule pickup.
Step 3
Receive
Your container arrives flat and assembles in minutes—no extra tools needed.
Step 5
Schedule
Select a pickup date and prepare your shipping label—your carrier picks up from your door.
Step 6
Track
Use your tracking code to follow your shipment online from pickup to delivery. Links are provided via email and in your Micro-Ship account.
Step 7
Unpack & reuse
Unpack at your destination—keep the container for storage or disassemble and store it flat for next time.
