Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how shipping-related services are fulfilled through the Trunkmoves® platform operated by Kubox LLC (“Trunkmoves,” “Kübox,” “we,” “us”). This policy is provided for informational purposes only and is governed by, and subject to, the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service control.
1. Scope of Services
Trunkmoves provides a self-service shipping platform that enables customers to arrange shipping services using independent third-party carriers. Trunkmoves does not transport shipments, does not control carrier operations, and is not a carrier.
Services offered through the platform may include:
- Fulfillment of Kübox parcel crates or related materials
- Booking coordination and documentation support
- Pickup scheduling assistance
- Transmission of shipment and claim information to carriers
All physical transportation is performed exclusively by third-party carriers.
2. Fulfillment of Kübox Parcel Crates & Materials
Once a booking is received, Trunkmoves initiates fulfillment of Kübox parcel crates or related materials within one business day, subject to availability.
Standard fulfillment shipments typically arrive within 1–5 business days within the contiguous 48 United States. Fulfillment timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Standard fulfillment shipping, where offered, is included in the flat-price booking. Expedited or overnight fulfillment options may be available at additional cost and are presented during the booking process.
3. Origin of Fulfillment Shipments
Fulfillment shipments of Kübox parcel crates originate from a manufacturing or distribution facility located outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
For international bookings, expedited fulfillment may be offered as an add-on service and must be purchased prior to the published cutoff time displayed during booking. Orders placed after applicable cutoff times may be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipments of Packed Kübox Parcel Crates
For shipping services involving packed Kübox parcel crates, shipment originates from the threshold door location provided by the customer during the Check-In process and is delivered to the destination threshold door, domestically or internationally, using independent third-party carriers.
Customers must complete the Check-In process prior to pickup, including selection of a pickup date and submission of required documentation. Shipments will not be released to a carrier until Check-In is completed.
All pickup, transportation, handling, transit, and delivery of packed Kübox parcel crates are performed exclusively by independent third-party carriers and are governed by the carrier’s applicable shipping documents and terms.
5. Pickup Scheduling
Standard pickup, where included, occurs Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, subject to carrier availability.
Optional scheduled or timed pickup services may be offered at additional cost. Where available, timed pickups include a designated two-hour service window selected by the customer and may be available Monday through Saturday, subject to local carrier constraints.
Pickup times are coordinated with independent carriers and are not guaranteed.
6. Lithium-Ion Batteries & Electronic Devices
Customers may ship personal electronic devices domestically or internationally, subject to carrier rules and applicable regulations.
During the Check-In process, customers must accurately declare the presence of lithium-ion batteries.
Packing Requirements
- International shipments containing lithium-ion batteries may require additional documentation and specific packing procedures.
- Removable batteries must be removed from devices, terminals taped, and batteries individually wrapped in non-conductive material such as sealed cardboard or bubble wrap.
- Non-removable batteries must remain installed in the device and be packed securely within the Kübox parcel crate to prevent movement or damage.
Failure to comply with declaration or packing requirements may result in carrier refusal, shipment delay, disposal, or additional charges.
7. Carrier Transportation & Transit
All pickup, transportation, transit, handling, routing, inspection, customs processing, and delivery are performed by independent third-party carriers.
Transit times, delivery estimates, and routing decisions are governed exclusively by the carrier’s shipping documents and terms and are not guaranteed.
8. Loss, Damage & Claims
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, claims are governed by the carrier’s terms and must be reviewed and resolved by the carrier.
To assist customers, Trunkmoves provides an online claim information form that collects shipment details, descriptions, photographs, and other information commonly required by carriers. Information submitted through this form is transmitted as entered to the carrier for claim review.
Trunkmoves’ involvement is administrative only. Trunkmoves does not evaluate, decide, approve, deny, or pay claims, and does not assume responsibility for carrier claim outcomes. Final determination and resolution rest solely with the carrier.
9. Pricing, Fees & Refunds
Shipping services purchased through Trunkmoves are offered as flat-price, bundled services that include carrier transportation and Trunkmoves platform services.
Once labels or documentation are generated, shipping purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Additional fees may apply for customer-requested changes or exceptions that require additional manual processing, as described in the Terms of Service.

- Carrier terms govern transportation, loss, and damage
- Improper packing or inaccurate information may affect delivery or claims
