Refund policy

Your purchase is for a final, combined shipping service that includes the cost of container systems and the discounted delivery rate. The sale becomes final and non-refundable once the container systems have been delivered to your address. This is necessary to secure the group volume discounts that make our affordable shipping rates possible. If you need to cancel, you are required to do so before receiving your containers.  

No cash refund: Customers or Users of the site will not receive a monetary refund, but may be offered an alternative, such as credit or exchanges for all bookings including reuse.

Returns
If you have ordered service and will not use all the containers in your service/booking, we cannot accept container returns in the domestic USA.

Cancellation
If your shipment is in progress, no cancellation or refund will be available to you.

Damages and issues upon receiving your new containers 
Please inspect your container(s) upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if shipping to or from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

If fulfillment has taken place (tracking number has been assigned), cancellation of your service is permissible, and your refund will the total purchase price, minus $120.00 for domestic and international service originating in the 48 US contiguous states, or $300 for international origins, and minus 35% restock/handling, with the resulting total as the final refund amount for EU based customers only.
