USA Domestic Shipping
Flat rate per container for shipping anywhere in the United States, regardless of the destination State or City.
We offer a variety of more than 30 sizes to choose from:
- Squares are great for shipping small and fragile electronics, kitchenware, toys and books.
- Trunks are perfect for shipping small to medium-sized items like clothes, towels, linens, sports and music equipment.
- Flats are ideal for shipping fragile wall art, mirrors and digital screens.

What does the price include?
Price per container includes:
- Brand-new container delivered at your selected location for packing.
- Scheduled pickup of your packed container by a driver.
- Shipping of your packed container by a shipping carrier to the destination address.
- Up to $1000 of value protection in case of loss or damage during transit.
How long does it take?
Plan in advance to get your items in time.
- Fulfillment: From the time you place your order, you'll receive your brand-new container(s) in 3-6 business days. Calculate transit time here.
- Packing: Take into account the time it will take to pack your items. While packing, keep track of the contents of each container by filling a packing list.
- Shipping label: After you're done packing your container, request a shipping label. Shipping labels take up to 2 business days to process. Request a Rush Label if you're in a hurry.
- Pickup: Schedule the pickup of your container for at least 2 business days before you're moving out of your current location.
- Shipping: Your packed container will arrive at the destination address 6-9 days from the pickup date.
You have 60 days from receiving your container to ship it. If you need additional time, contact us.
Handling
Your container will be handled by parcel drivers and may be placed on any side.
- Do not assume “this side up.” Pack as if the container will be flipped, stacked, and dropped.
- There is no safe orientation — every side must be cushioned equally.
- Carrier assumes all packages are fragile in some nature. Adding a "fragile" or "this side up" sticker will not change or guide the carrier to handle your container in a special way.
Packing
Packing fragile items correctly is crucial to ensure they arrive at their destination safely.
Watch out for:
- Items in direct contact with the container walls.
- Fragile items in contact with other items.
- Empty spaces and loose contents.
- Overpacking.
Cushioning:
Items must not touch the container walls directly. Use bubble wrap, foam, or other cushioning so items “float” in the center of the container.
- No empty spaces. Fill voids with cushioning (bubble wrap, foam, or air pillows).
- Clothing, bedding, or soft goods may be used only as secondary filler — never as a substitute for proper wrapping.
Wrapping:
Each item should be wrapped individually to prevent item-to-item damage.
- Wrap each item with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or foam on all sides.
- Fragile items (glass, ceramics, electronics) should be double-wrapped for added protection.
- Never use paper wrapping as a cushion — it offers no impact protection.
Weight Balance
- Do not exceed the weight limit for each container.
- Distribute weight evenly to avoid pressure points.
- Lid must lock securely and flat, without bulging.
Final Check
- Shake the container gently — nothing should rattle.
- Confirm all items are cushioned on every side.
Water-proofing (optional):
- Place a plastic bag or cover inside the container to protect your items from getting get.
Shipping
We ship and deliver your packed container via our carrier partners, Fedex, DHL and others.
To receive a shipping label you'll need to provide:
Packing List
- Details and pictures of the items packed.
- Total estimated value of the items in each container.
- Personal ID to prove the contents are for personal use and not intended for commercial purposes.
Shipping details
- Origin and destination addresses.
- Contact information at origin and destination.

You'll receive your Shipping Label via email with a confirmation of the pickup date for your packed container.
Print and place the shipping label on the side of the container, inside the plastic pouch provided for that purpose.

Packing your items correctly is crucial to ensure they arrive at their destination safely.
