How long does a Micro-Ship take?

∙ From the moment you place your order, you'll receive your containers within 3 to 6 business days*, depending on the distance from our facility in Tennessee to your location. 

∙ Take as long as you need to pack your items. 

∙ Request a shipping label 4-5 days before your moving date (it takes 1-2 business days* to receive your shipping label).

∙ The shipping carrier will pick up your packed Trünk containers and deliver them to your new home within 10 business days*.

NOTE: Packing prohibited and/or restricted items, national emergencies, weather events, acts of nature, acts of war, labor strikes, civil unrest can impact shipping times.

*Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all US Federal Holidays.
